The first edition of the Label French Tech Expo uniting MGI Digital Technology, Codimag, GIC, Serame and Smag, will present in operation, their complementary solutions dedicated to the label and flexible packaging, to industrials professional’s in France and Europe.
On June 22, the
5 main French manufacturers of printing, embellishing and finishing equipment
for the adhesive label, sleeve and flexible packaging markets, decided to join
forces within the Label French Tech Club with
the objective of promoting French technology together to
industry professionals
On this
occasion, Benoît Demol (Codimag), Bruno Vitali (GIC), Victor Abergel (MGI),
Charles Dernoncourt (Serame) and Stéphane Rateau (Smag), indicated that their
joint actions would be organized around a major event planned for autumn, the Label French Tech Expo and a series of workshops
spread throughout the year.
First event
of the year in the label and flexible packaging
Held from 6th
to 9th October 2020, the French Label Tech Expo 2020 will be the
first event dedicated to the industry. To address
converters’ needs, this event will be an opportunity to meet each other and
highlight innovations to differentiate on the market with a high value added.

Organized by the
5 French manufacturers of industrial solutions, the Label
French Tech Expo will focus on technical demonstrations of equipment in
production environment, and on thematic workshops.
Throughout the
week, attendees will meet the 5 manufacturers, share their vision of the
market, the expectations of brand owners, and technological roadmap
developments, and then enjoy live demonstrations of
machines.
3 sessions
of demonstrations and Workshops Daily, during
the 4 Days Exhibition.
In order to be
effective, the Label French Tech Expo 2020 is
organized with 3 daily demonstration and Q&A sessions, dedicated to MGI,
Codimag / GIC and Smag / Serame solutions.
Discover
3 Industrial Sites
These three
sessions will be held on 3 industrial sites very close
one from each other, located in the south
of Paris: MGI (Orly Fresnes) Smag (Savigny sur Orge) and Codimag (Bondoufle).
Starting at 10:00 am, on the site of
their choice, visitors can attend the first session of the day, the guests will
then be conducted in private shuttle to the second site and the third site for
further presentations and workshops. The French Tech Expo Label will be a
unique opportunity for participants to discover the industrial site of the
Club’s manufacturers. The day will end at 6:00 p.m., each participant being
taken back, by private shuttle, to the site on which they will have started
their tour.

Depending on the
time of day, each of the 3 sites of the French Tech Expo 2020 Label will offer
a snack, a lunch cocktail or an aperitif to its visitors. It will be offer to
each visitors, upon departure, a kit of samples of the day productions. The
organization of the day in separate sessions, will allow to receive the guests
in the best health security conditions.
